Nataliya Pogodina is a fine art portrait photographer based in Bellevue, WA.
Originally from Moscow, Russia, she’d been doing photography for years before she decided to focus primarily on portraiture in 2014. After moving to the US in 2015 Nataliya transformed her passion for photography to the next level, and Tashiel Photography was born – serving the Greater Seattle Area. “There is a famous quote that beauty can be seen in all things. I see beauty in humans, and the most beautiful part of them is their eyes” - shares Nataliya. Nowadays she’s happy to offer individual, couple and family photo sessions for everyone who shares her vision of beauty.
Nataliya is inspired by legends and folk music of Medieval Europe which bring dreamy mysterious look into her portraits. Another source of inspiration for her became Japanese modern art with its dramatic engaging characters.
